These Terms & Conditions govern all orders placed with us. By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Orders & Payment

All products are freshly prepared and made in order to ensure optimal quality and freshness.

• Full payment is required to confirm all orders

• Orders are only considered confirmed upon successful payment

• We accept [PayNow/Credit Card/etc.]

• Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without prior notice

 

2. Advance Notice

To maintain our production standards, we require advance notice for all orders:

• Standard cakes: minimum 3 days

• Customised or themed cakes: minimum 5 days

• Requests for urgent or same-day orders are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 

3. Amendments & Cancellations

As our products are perishable and prepared specifically for each order, cancellations and changes are limited.

• Once an order is placed, no refunds will be made. 

• Amendments must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled collection or delivery, and subjected to additional charges

• Rescheduling is subject to availability made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled collection or delivery, and subjected to additional charges

4. Collection & Delivery

Self-Collection

Customers are advised to collect their orders promptly at the selected time. Late collection shall not be entertained. 

Delivery

• Delivery time slots are estimates and may be affected by traffic or unforeseen circumstances

• A recipient must be present to receive the order

• Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer upon collection or delivery

 

5. Storage & Consumption

Our cakes contain fresh cream, fruits, and dairy ingredients and are highly perishable.

For food safety and quality:

• Refrigerate immediately at 0–4°C

• Keep chilled until serving

• Avoid exposure to room temperature for more than one hour

• Best consumed within 24 hours of collection/delivery

With Fluff shall not be responsible for spoilage or damage resulting from improper storage or handling.

 

6. Design & Customisation

Each cake is handcrafted.

• Slight variations in colour, finish, or decoration may occur

• Reference images are used as a guide only

• Such variations shall not be considered defects or grounds for refunds

• Customer-provided wording will be reproduced exactly as submitted

 

7. Allergens

Our kitchen handles ingredients including dairy, eggs, wheat/gluten, nuts, soy, and other potential allergens.

While we exercise care, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions are advised to inform us prior to ordering.

 

8. Refunds & Claims

Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders upon receipt.

• Any concerns must be reported within 2 hours with clear photographic evidence

• Refunds or replacements are assessed at our discretion

We do not provide refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Personal taste preferences

• Minor aesthetic variations

• Damage occurring after collection or delivery

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, With Fluff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the purchase or consumption of our products.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, branding, and content remain the intellectual property of With Fluff and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
